민희진 전 어도어 대표를 상대로 빌리프랩과 쏘스뮤직이 제기한 손해배상 소송의 첫 공판이 오늘(10일) 열립니다. 빌리프랩은 민 전 대표가 “아일릿을 뉴진스(NewJeans)의 표절”이라고 주장해 20억 원 상당의 피해를 입었다며 소송을 제기했었는데요, 쏘스뮤직 역시 뉴진스 데뷔 관련 허위사실 유포로 5억 원대 손해배상을 요구하고 있습니다. 한편, 다보링크 박정규 회장은 민 전 대표가 뉴진스 멤버와 관련한 투자 요청을 했다고 밝혔으나, 민 전 대표는 이를 부인하며 이 역시도 법적 공방이 이어지고 있습니다. 새해에도 계속되는 민 전 대표 관련 소송이 어떤 결과를 낼 지 업계의 관심이 집중되고 있습니다. The first trial of the damages lawsuit filed by Belift Lab and Source Music against former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin takes place today (10th). Belift Lab has accused Min of claiming that “ILLIT is a plagiarism of NewJeans,” resulting in damages amounting to approximately 2 billion won. Source Music has also demanded compensation of around 500 million won, citing the spread of false information related to NewJeans’ debut. Meanwhile, Park Jung-kyu, Chairman of Davolink, revealed that Min requested investment concerning a member of NewJeans. However, Min has denied the allegation, leading to further legal disputes.
