On June 24, the new dining spot ‘Sun Kim’ officially opened on the second floor of ‘House of Refuge’ in Jeju Island.

‘Sun Kim’ is creating a buzz because the menu was developed by Chef Kang Mingoo of ‘Mingles,’ which holds 3 Michelin stars, and star chef Song Ha-seul-lam of ‘MAMALEE’ who appeared on the show <Culinary Class Wars>. From abalone risotto and fresh mulhoe to bracken pasta and braised beef ribs, you can taste these special dishes made with Jeju ingredients on a terrace that looks out onto the ocean.

‘House of Refuge’ is more than just a restaurant — it’s a cultural complex that brings together art, fine dining, and shopping all in one place. There’s ‘Commissary,’ a cozy cafe where you can sip coffee while enjoying the forest view, and the trendy select shop ‘Heights Jeju,’ making it easy to fill your day with great vibes.
