올해 10월부터 서울 종로구 북촌한옥마을의 야간 통금이 시간이 시범적용되며 관광이 제한됩니다.
삼청동과 가회동 등 일부 지역은 오후 5시부터 오전 10시까지 관광이 금지되며, 이를 어길 경우 10만 원의 과태료가 부과될 예정인데요, 종로구는 주민들의 정주권 침해와 인구 감소 문제를 해결하기 위해 이러한 조치를 도입한다고 밝혔습니다. 특별관리지역으로 지정된 북촌한옥마을은 앞으로 주민들의 생활권을 보장하기 위해 관광객의 통행 시간이 제한되며, 전세버스의 통행도 차단됩니다.
해당 조치는 주민 불편을 해소하고 과도한 혼잡을 막기 위한 것이지만 일부 시민들 사이에서는 통행권 제한에 대한 우려도 제기되고 있는데요, 종로구는 올해 10월부터 시범 운영 후 내년 3월부터 정식 도입할 계획이라고 밝혔습니다.
Starting from this October, night curfews and tourism restrictions will be implemented in Bukchon Hanok Village, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
In certain areas such as Samcheong-dong and Gahoe-dong, tourism will be prohibited from 5 PM to 10 AM, and a fine of 100,000 KRW will be imposed for violations. Jongno-gu has introduced these measures to address residents’ infringement of residency rights and population decline. Designated as a special management area, Bukchon Hanok Village will have restricted tourist hours to ensure residents‘ living rights, and charter bus traffic will be blocked.
Although this measure aims to alleviate resident discomfort and prevent overcrowding, some citizens have expressed concerns about restrictions on free movement. Jongno-gu plans to conduct a trial operation from October this year, with full implementation starting in March next year.

尽管此举旨在减轻居民的不便并防止过度拥挤，但一些市民对自由通行受限表示担忧。钟路区计划今年10月开始试运营，并于明年3月全面实施。
