이는 한국 사격 역사상 최연소 금메달리스트이자 우리나라 역대 하계 올림픽 100번째 금메달인데요, 반효진 선수는 중국 선수와 치열한 경쟁 끝에 올림픽 신기록인 251.8점으로 동점을 기록, 슛오프에서 0.1점 차이로 승리해 금메달을 획득했습니다.

반효진 선수는 2020 도쿄 올림픽이 열린 2021년에 사격을 시작해 경력 3년 만에 올림픽 금메달리스트가 되었으며, 한국 사격 최연소 올림픽 출전 선수이자 우리 선수단 중에서도 최연소 선수입니다.

Ban Hyojin, the youngest member of the Korean shooting team, won the gold medal in the women’s 10m air rifle final at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

This makes her the youngest gold medalist in Korean shooting history and Korea’s 100th gold medalist in the Summer Olympics. Ban Hyojin scored a tie with an Olympic record of 251.8 points after a fierce competition with a Chinese athlete, and won the gold medal by 0.1 points in the shoot-off.

Ban Hyojin started shooting in 2021, the year of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, and became an Olympic gold medalist in just three years. She is the youngest Olympic shooter in Korean history and the youngest athlete in the Korean Olympic team.
