런던 기반 패션 하우스 셀프 포트레이트(Self-Portrait)가 다양한 분야의 아티스트들을 지원하기 위해 스튜디오를 개방하는 ‘셀프-포트레이트 레지던시’ 프로그램을 발표했습니다. 

이 프로그램을 통해 아티스트들은 셀프 포트레이트 본사인 하렐라 하우스(Harella House)에서 자유롭게 작업할 수 있으며, 브랜드의 인프라와 플랫폼, 유통 네트워크를 활용해 자신만의 독창적인 스타일을 선보일 수 있는 기회를 얻게 됩니다.

셀프 포트레이트의 창립자 겸 크리에이티브 디렉터 한 총(Han Chong)은 “이번 프로그램은 아티스트들이 서로를 지원하며 함께 성장할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고, 커뮤니티 정신을 강화하기 위해 기획되었습니다”라고 전했습니다.

첫 번째 레지던트로 선정된 디자이너 크리스토퍼 케인(Christopher Kane)의 첫 컬렉션은 2024년 11월 말부터 전 세계 매장에서 만나볼 수 있습니다.

The London-based fashion house Self-Portrait has announced the launch of the ‘Self-Portrait Residency’ program, which opens up its studio to support artists from various fields.

Through this program, artists will have the opportunity to work freely at Self-Portrait’s headquarters, Harella House, and utilize the brand’s infrastructure, platform, and distribution network to showcase their own unique styles.

Han Chong, founder and creative director of Self-Portrait, said, “This program was designed to provide opportunities for artists to support one another and grow together, while strengthening the community spirit that the brand stands for.”

The first resident, designer Christopher Kane, will unveil his debut collection in stores worldwide starting in late November 2024.
