걸그룹 뉴진스의 멤버 하니가 오늘(15일) 국회 환경노동위원회 국정감사에 참고인으로 출석해, 회사 내부에서 따돌림을 당했다고 눈물로 호소했습니다. 

그녀는 "회사가 우리를 싫어한다는 확신이 들었다"며, 회사 내에서 자신이 겪은 직장 내 괴롭힘과 따돌림에 대한 고충을 공개적으로 밝혔는데요, 또한 블라인드 앱에서 회사 직원들이 뉴진스를 비방하는 글을 본 경험을 공유했습니다. 

이어 "왜 이런 일을 당해야 하는지 이해가 되지 않았다"며 “후배 연습생들이나 동료들이 이런 경험을 하지 않기를 바라는 마음에서 국정감사에 출석하게 됐다”고 밝혔습니다. 

이에 대해 함께 출석한 김주영 어도어 대표는 "현재로서는 서로의 주장이 엇갈리고 있는 상황"이라며, 하니의 주장을 인정하면서도 구체적인 입증 자료가 없다는 점을 언급했습니다. 

HANNI, a member of the girl group NewJeans, appeared as a witness at the National Assembly hearing today (15th), tearfully revealing that she has been ostracized within the company.

She stated, "I became convinced that the company dislikes us," and openly shared her experiences of workplace harassment and exclusion. She also mentioned seeing posts on the Blind app where company employees were criticizing NewJeans.

HANNI expressed her frustration, saying, "I don't understand why I had to go through this," and explained that she came to the hearing hoping that younger trainees or colleagues wouldn’t experience the same treatment.

In response, Kim Joo-Young, CEO of ADOR, who also attended the hearing, acknowledged HANNI's claims but pointed out that there is currently no concrete evidence and that their statements conflict.

对此，同样出席听证会的ADOR代表Kim Joo-Young承认了HANNI的主张，但提到目前没有确凿的证据，双方的说法也存在分歧。
