British luxury lifestyle brand Mulberry has officially launched its circular economy program, 'Mulberry Exchange,' in South Korea. To celebrate this launch, a series of pop-up events will be held. The Mulberry Exchange allows customers to return their previously used Mulberry products in exchange for credits, which can be used to purchase new items. The returned bags are repaired and restored, allowing them to find new owners. This program embodies the core value of sustainability, which is central to Mulberry’s 'Made to Last' philosophy. South Korea is the fourth market to adopt the Mulberry Exchange, following the UK, the US, and China. Starting from October 28, 2024, iconic vintage products and limited-edition items will be available through Mulberry's official online store, Naver Brand Store, and select offline locations. Additionally, Mulberry will offer a range of programs during these pop-up events, including a buy-back service and opportunities to experience the craftsmanship behind the brand. The pop-ups will begin at The Hyundai Seoul and will continue in major cities such as Daejeon, Suwon, and Hanam. In September 2024, Mulberry earned B Corp certification, recognizing its commitment to sustainable business practices.
