이태원 참사 대응에 책임을 물은 경찰 고위 간부에 대해 법원이 무죄를 선고했습니다.

이태원 참사와 관련해 업무상 과실치사상 혐의로 기소된 김광호 전 서울경찰청장에게 무죄를 선고했는데요, 재판부는 “당시 상황에서 사고를 예견하거나 구체적인 대응책을 마련할 수 없었다”고 판단했습니다. 

또한, 함께 기소된 류미진 전 서울경찰청 112상황관리관과 정대경 전 112상황팀장도 함께 무죄 판결을 받은 것으로 전해졌습니다. 

The court has acquitted a high-ranking police officer who was held responsible for the response to the Itaewon tragedy.

Former Seoul Metropolitan Police Chief Kim Kwang-ho, who was charged with professional negligence resulting in death and injury, has been acquitted. The court ruled that “at the time, it was not possible to foresee the accident or prepare specific countermeasures.”

Additionally, it was reported that Ryu Mi-jin, the former Seoul Police 112 Situation Manager, and Jeong Dae-gyeong, the former 112 Situation Team Leader, who were also charged, were likewise acquitted.

法院宣判对梨泰院惨案应对负责的高级警官无罪。

前首尔警察厅长金光浩因涉嫌业务过失致人死亡而被起诉，但法院判定无罪。法院裁定，“当时无法预见事故，也无法制定具体的应对措施。”

此外，据报道，同样被起诉的前首尔警察厅112情况管理官柳美真和112情况组长郑大庆也一同被判无罪。
