뉴진스의 소속사 어도어가 전속계약 유효성을 법적으로 확인받기 위해 법원에 소송을 신청했습니다. 

어도어는 오늘(5일) 공식 입장을 통해 "지난 12월 3일 소속 아티스트 뉴진스와의 전속계약이 유효하게 존속한다는 점을 법적으로 명확히 확인받고자 서울중앙지방법원에 전속계약 유효 확인의 소를 제기했습니다.”라고 밝혔습니다.

이어 “소속 아티스트와의 문제가 법적 판단을 통해 해결되는 것을 원하지 않았으나, 회사와 아티스트 간의 전속계약이 일방의 주장만으로 가볍게 해지되는 것이 아니라는 점을 확인해 드릴 필요가 있다는 판단하에 불가피한 결정을 내렸습니다.“라며 소송을 제기한 이유를 설명했습니다. 

ADOR, the agency of NewJeans, has filed a lawsuit to legally confirm the validity of their exclusive contract.

In an official statement released today (5th), ADOR announced, "On December 3, we filed a lawsuit with the Seoul Central District Court to confirm the validity of the exclusive contract with our artist, NewJeans.”

The statement continued, "We did not wish to resolve the issue with our artist through legal judgment. However, we deemed it necessary to clarify that an exclusive contract between the company and the artist cannot be lightly terminated based on a unilateral claim, and therefore, we made this unavoidable decision.”

NewJeans 的经纪公司 ADOR 为确认专属合同的有效性向法院提起了诉讼。

今天（5日），ADOR 发布官方声明表示：“我们已于 12 月 3 日向首尔中央地方法院提起诉讼，以明确确认与我们的艺人 NewJeans 的专属合同仍然有效。”

声明中补充道：“我们并不希望通过法律判断来解决与艺人之间的问题。然而，我们认为有必要澄清，公司与艺人之间的专属合同不能仅因单方面主张而轻易终止，因此做出了这一不得已的决定。”
