Alexander McQueen's 1997 S/S fashion show amazed audiences with its mysterious atmosphere and ritualistic elements, as if it had come from the past. Meanwhile, Christian Dior Couture’s 1998 S/S show stood out for its luxurious and unique accessories that evoked the grandeur of an aristocratic ballroom.

In 2006, Kei Kagami's F/W show broke boundaries with designs that allowed clothes to function as furniture, delivering a bold performance on the runway. And in 2010, A.F Vandevorst’s S/S show shocked audiences when models appeared with their faces completely covered by their hair.
